Mayweather wanted the fight at '54... Pacquiao wanted it at '47 with 8oz gloves, Mayweather gave in. Pacquiao wanted Mayweather to pay $10 million for every pound he came in over '47. Mayweather gave in to that when he certainly didn't have to. Mayweather has given three concessions to Pacquiao. All he's asked for is random testing, if that ruins your confidence, derails your focus, or puts you at a disadvantage when the other guy is taking the exact same tests, perhaps one's panties are in a bunch and they should go do something else, it only seems proper at that point.

Floyd has been a WW fighter except for the Dela Hoya fight. His last fight was at WW. Pac is a WW who just had 2 fights at that weight. That one is not a concession.

10 M penalty .. This one would have been a non-issue had Floyd honored his contract with JMM instead of paying his way in stacking the cards in his favor against JMM. This is not a compromise but an insurance that Floyd will not pull the same ****..

8 oz gloves.. This is allowed by NSAC to be negotiated as a contract point for a WW fight.. This is no big deal.. And its not like Floyd could not wear 10oz. gloves if he wants..It just meant that Pac can wear his favorite 8oz gloves..

The ringsize was a standard NSAC size for a WW fight. This one is not even disputed by both.

So there.. No significant compromise for Floyd as far as I am concern. Well at least not compared to the medical program that he wants Pac to agree upon. And he is not just asking for a testing like Holyfield, Bowe.. He is demanding to submit on a medical program that they want to dictate..

In any case, you still didnt get the picture. Its not about proving whether Pac is cheating or not. Otherwise he would have not moved the goal line himself. 14 days, whether it was not an original demand or not, the fact that they compromised it the first time prove that that cutoff was still enough to feel them safe.

If they changed it back to zero then that means they are just playing games as well, and all this "I think Pac is on steroid" bull**** does not fly. Because they need to be consistent themselves to make this one stick which they are not..

Olympic style testing was the demand from the onset. It was actually before Pacquiao proposed the 8oz gloves, '47 lb division, and $10 million penalty. Mayweather called all of his bluffs and that's when the excuse came reigning in. I don't think Pacquiao expected Mayweather to agree to all the terms and even more terrifyingly to them, as fast as Mayweather did.

Manny brought this on himself, he should've taken the fight during the first negotiation. If he would've done this, we would have a true P4P, instead all we have is hear say, and phantom negotiations.

Fighters can demand what ever they want during negotiations as long as they meet the minimum standards for the commission. Asking for additional drug testing, above and beyond what NSAC demands, is completely acceptable. I'm pretty sure the NSAC said so themselves.
