Okay, great. So the answer is to avoid testing and fight a proven cheater, awesome.

Mayweather wanted the fight at '54... Pacquiao wanted it at '47 with 8oz gloves, Mayweather gave in. Pacquiao wanted Mayweather to pay $10 million for every pound he came in over '47. Mayweather gave in to that when he certainly didn't have to. Mayweather has given three concessions to Pacquiao. All he's asked for is random testing, if that ruins your confidence, derails your focus, or puts you at a disadvantage when the other guy is taking the exact same tests, perhaps one's panties are in a bunch and they should go do something else, it only seems proper at that point.

I just don't get it. Do fans really want to see this mega-fight
or not? Obviously, the impression is that the fight didn't happen
because of the drug test issue. Are you all sure about that? We
all know that Floyd never mentioned anything about it in his
U-stream rants months ago. It should be obvious that he was
amenable to the latest proposals/offers but just was not ready
for the fight.
With that it's also quite obvious that Floyd is no longer in a position
to dictate what he wants next time. His bargaining chips had
devalued. C'mon guys, do you think Arum would initiate another
negotiation with Floyd when the last one was not even recognized?

It would be ridiculous for any of us to think that Mayweather never got the fax.... I think the issue is that some posters think that getting a fax is negotiating, but it takes responding to that fax to make it a negotiation.

You can tell me, go post at that thread, if I don't like that thread, I'll just brush it off. Then you give me a countdown to respond to your final offer and I don't respond and leave that proposal alone, I've yet to negotiate with you.

Arum, Schaeffer, Pacquiao... they fax "we want a seven day cutoff" to Haymon, Haymon relays it to Mayweather.... they read it, crumble it and throw it in the trash because they specifically stated to agree to full random testing. Arum creates the countdown clock and Mayweather doesn't respond.

Olympic style testing was the demand from the onset. It was actually before Pacquiao proposed the 8oz gloves, '47 lb division, and $10 million penalty. Mayweather called all of his bluffs and that's when the excuse came reigning in. I don't think Pacquiao expected Mayweather to agree to all the terms and even more terrifyingly to them, as fast as Mayweather did.
