I know that the testing bodies want to be able to test without a cutoff date, and they must have a good reason for it. I'm not sure why anyone should be given a week long window where they not allowed to be tested. What could they possibly need it for, other than cheating? The easiest option in all of this is just to accept the test and fight. Hell, if Mayweather really is a coward, Manny can prove it by accepting the testing, and then Mayweather will have no choice but to come up with something else.

Morales obviously wasn't washed up. There's no shame in losing to Morales. I thought his excuses for losing were pretty bad. Toward the end of that fight he was mentally unraveling and couldn't accept defeat graciously. He had to blame his gloves instead. Then there was the socks thing and then there was the blood weakening thing.

I don't know anything about the second round of negotiations other than it didn't work out and Manny still wanted a 7 day cutoff. The cutoff might not have been the reason the negotiations didn't work out. Maybe there was another sticking point. All I know is that asking for 7 days where you can't be tested pretty much tells me you have something to hide.

What leads you to believe this considering earlier your not a PED expert? Cause this statement tells me you think Pac can sneak in some type of PED within that window? But why would he do that when he knows he being tested aftewards?
