F**ing dirrell... Why did he sign up in the super six if he never planned to fight ward.. Seing all the episodes and fights from super six its not hard to say dirrell is a fake ass**le with no heart. I usually respects those who climb in to the ring but not dirrell, he should learn have to act like a man.

      wrong.

it will be good for boxing if he can't fight anymore.

      1) if he's faking, then no body wants to see this faker fight ever again. it's a ****ing disgrace to his family and friends, to showtime, and the super six tourny, as well as all the participants of the super six.

      2) if he really has neurological problems, he should quit boxing.

either way, the solution going forward is for dirrell to quit boxing forever. and don't come back.

I don't believe that Dirrell is faking his injury although I will say this. Given what has transpired in the last few months with the Ward/Dirrell matchup, it's not hard to see why so many people, including myself, remain skeptical. There's a lot of shady practices that go on behind the scenes in this sport we all love so much and those types of things don't lend any credence to Dirrell's story either.

I believe Dirrell's injury to be legitimate for the time being because I feel as though he stands to lose much more by faking it than he does by moving forward with the fight. His actions in and out of the sport however may reveal the truth of the matter in the months to come.

Only thing I can say hear is I have no choice but to believe Dirrell..It look like the punch did not land cleanly but I did not take the punch so I'll have to take Dirrell word for it..

I doubted how legit the reaction 2 the punch was after it happened so for me 2 believe that 8 months later, Andre Dirrell is still suffering headaches or w.e. is gonna be very, very hard. Esspecially since he clearly doesn't want 2 fight his good buddy Andre Ward.

To begin with, Direll had nothing to do there.

dirrell isn't hurt he didn't want to fight ward and he held showtime hostage and showtime called the cowards bluff either fight or leave. dirrell isn't very smart and now his lackluster career borders on being over. Good for the street punk.

Gary Shaw is a lying scumbag and it wouldn't surprise me that he cooked this up as a way to get Dirrell out of fighting his buddy Ward and at the same time putting the blame on Abraham.

It's NOT Gary Shaw - he wanted Dirrell to continue.

AL HAYMON did this and everyone at Showtime know so too.

                      He is a cretin.

HAYMON manages Dirrell and is best of friends with Goossen. Also HAYMON manages Paul Williams and Chris Arreola for Goossen too.

                      ALSO

Dirrell and his brother turned professional with Goosen for their first 12 fights.

They all piss in the same bucket.

                      ALSO

Sakio Bika, who replaces Dirrell is managed by.... AL HAYMON.
