like i said before if direll vs ward fell of because of this or that, it doesn't matter cause direll is only messing his career up, but i believe him and i wish him well.

At the end of the day AA killed TAYLOR and DIRRELL!!!!
FROCH next victim in 7 round if AA will not start slowly like he does often.
I know AA is a robot style but he is tough like few;today i watched again the first fight vs MIRANDA and i still can't believe he fought 8 complete rounds with a broken jaw,MIRANDA at that time was undeafeted and hungry but AA survived taking tremendous shots from one of the best puncher!!!
If ANDRADE hurt BUTE badly in the first fight
No one hits harder than "THE KING" in supermiddleweight and lightheavyweight division in my opinion!!!
I'd still like to see KELLY vs THE KING like when they were middleweight champions!Comment

How much time is needed to recover from neurological damage? I was always led to believe that most brain injuries are permanent and cause long term impairment of conscious functioning.
As Dirrell wasn't suffering from concussion in the days and months following the fight, and his symptoms were only flagged up during the protracted negotiations with Ward, it can easily be assumed that something fishy is going on.
In my opinion, if Dirrell does indeed have neurological issues, he needs to retire. Due to the severe nature of brain damage and injury, I would be very surprised if he fought within the next 12 months, if at all.
And then you have to consider boxing licensing Dirrell. Valero was constantly denied his license in the US from failing brain scans.
With Dirrell you have people saying "severe neurological problems." If it's true who would license him (maybe Texas?) In a business where you get punched in the head you'd think that would be something they wouldn't mess with. Something's gonna be really fishy then if everything just clears up.Comment

I think he's faking the injury. And if he's not...he's still in the wrong business. How many fighters get hit with a punch they didn't see? Some fighters take the punch, some get KO'D, but how many postpone their next fight because of it?Ok, he got hit when he was down...man up! He cried and acted like a ***** right afterwards. "Let me breathe ,man, let me breathe!" So dramatic! I had respect for Dirrell and admired his skills, but now, I just can't look at him the same. The bottom line is, he didn't want to fight Ward.Comment

whatever. this is boxing. happens all the time but I am growing tired of it.
Don't be a boxer if you don't want to fight.Comment

It's NOT Gary Shaw - he wanted Dirrell to continue.
AL HAYMON did this and everyone at Showtime know so too.
He is a cretin.
HAYMON manages Dirrell and is best of friends with Goossen. Also HAYMON manages Paul Williams and Chris Arreola for Goossen too.
ALSO
Dirrell and his brother turned professional with Goosen for their first 12 fights.
They all piss in the same bucket.
ALSO
Sakio Bika, who replaces Dirrell is managed by.... AL HAYMON.
