Is Cotto SCARED of Paul Williams?

I tried finding the rankings for back then. Couldn't. I know everyone had it Floyd, Paul and Cotto at the top 3. Agree to disagree, cool. Bottom line is Paul would have ran through Cotto.

Is, cool I mean is hard to find a monthly rankings. Best you can do is find yearly rankings.

I have the ring magazine at the time that is how I know Shane was ranked higher than P-Will.

I am not dis*****g the fact that P-Will would beat Cotto. I honestly thought back then and now that P-Will beats Cotto. It is just a bad style match up for Cotto.

However, what I am arguing is the "duck" of the fight. I do not believe Cotto ducked him and nobody has yet convince me that he has. Nor do I beleive he was scared or whatever. I honestly don't see an honest timeline where they could have fought.

Picking Shane>P-Will at that time is not a duck. I just don't see it.

I need to see a link to some rankings because Cotto couldve fought Williams. He just chose to fight other people instead.

I know for sure Paul was ranked ahead of Mosley after beating Margarito.
