The reason why Clottey vs Williams never happened because HBO denied the fight(williams is under contract with HBO) and couldn't afford funding it.

how is 650k not enough for Clottey? lol You call the guy out and called him a "Weak Welterweight" then when he answer your challenge you want to be picky about Money? lol Arum and Clottey didn't want that fight

the bigger problem is actually Goossen and Arum, they don't get along at all and after the Pavlik fights fell apart TWICE...I seriously doubt they will be working together anytime soon which sucks for Boxing because we may never see Williams vs Cotto, Margarito, Pavlik or Pacquiao because of their BAD relationship
