When they took Wlad to the hospital he had insulin levels through the roof. Then a few hours later, he was normal and even drove home. His blood sample was later "lost" very conveniently. Manny doesn't talk about it anymore but I've heard his side of the story. Somebody slipped Wlad the mickey. Not that new in boxing, sorry to say.

Don King also went out and put a massive bet on Brewster just before the fight. Interesting.

I don't blame them for not fighting in the U.S. where chicanery in boxing is so commonplace.

Word! Acting like Wladimir is some kind of dictator....ha ha! I
remember reading and hearing about the same thing when Mike
Tyson lost to Buster Douglas but turns out he was smashing
Japanese chicks the night before the fight. I think Wladimir slept
on Brewster like Tyson slept on Douglas like Williams slept on
Quintana. In each of their fights, they were looking sluggish,
weak and out of breath. Can't remember the last time when
a fighter lost that he just says that the other guy was the
better man. Oh yeah, Winky Wright said it about Paul Williams.

That doesn't seem legal for a promoter to be betting on their event...

You're posting in the wrong forum. Your post belongs in the conspiracy theories lounge.

Because some poster makes up conspiracy theories, without providing any evidence to back up what they say?
