This fight would prove a lot to me. Ortiz' can and will outbox Kotelnik for most of the rounds, but Kotelnik will stillbe in his face putting on pressure until the very end.

I didn't like how Ortiz looked in the later rounds against Campbell, so Kotelnik has a shot at making him wilt under the pressure and clean punches. Kotelnik should not be a big underdog, I got Ortiz by UD though.

Great match up for an undercard fight! Kotelnik deserves it after getting robbed against Alexander.

They said kotelnik was a bum when khan fought him but... when he whooped Alexander he is supposedly a tough fighter? But that's just hyporcritical haters for you.

As you said with khan being the exception kotelnik has given all the top fighters a run for their money, but I still see ortiz winning against kotelnik.
Khan didn´t FIGHT Kotelnik, he outpointed him. He tapped his gloves and danced around him for the majority of the 12 rounds. You could count the number of times Khan actually committed to his punches on one hand. That was smart, but hardly a breathtaking performance.

Wow. If Victor were to beat Kotelnik, that has to be a major statement.

                    WAR VV!!

Kotelnik will probably be bigger than Ortiz and he probably is bigger than Ortiz over all. I think these 2 are the biggest fighters in the division.

I'm watching Kotelnik fight Maidana and Khan right now and it looks like Kotelnik didn't even have to make weight for the Maidana fight, he's practically twice the the size of Maidana and Marco's is a big 140lber too. Even against Khan he looks like a tree trunk. Khan's punches are just bouncing off him like g****s.

This fight will probably be made at a F'n catch-weight when it's made.
