Your example...employer vs Pac/May is far from reality. Your employer may have the right to ask you for drug testing otherwise he just sack you. But Floyd has no right, only the boxing commision who regulates the fights. If he really want the OST to implement in bis fight he should ask the boxing commson directly. Not to someone they slandering for months then asked for useless OST the boxing commision not required expecting Pac will agree on it. Otherwise if not he is a drug user indeed. Pathetic!
I mean, let's stop bring to state commissions into this people. Manny Pacquaio has been very successful recently due in large part to special, non-commission required stipulations. So let's not say, let the commission do their jocs, especially concerning the catchweight champion. Is it regulated by the commission that a jr middleweight title fight take place at 151? No, its a special stipulation. Is it regulated by a commission that a welterweight title fight take place at 145 lbs? No, its a special stipulation. So please, let's not get offended that someone would act the special stipulation king for a special stipulation? I mean, using ya'lls theory, Pac's been "scared" of de la Hoya, Cotto, and Margarito. Because in his other 50+ fights, he hasn't asked for catchweights. So let's stop the foolishness. At this level, a lot of special stipulations are put in fight contracts.

Floyd is going to jail for 30 + years.

Why would Pacquiao keep him out of jail after those racist insults?

Catchweight has been here since then and part of boxing. They are approved by the boxing commission if been approved by both party. Useless 2 months OST is not as in they have their own testing procedure, the same testing procedure Floyd took all his 40 previous fights he without complain.

By the way, Pac catchweight fights are far more honorable than Floyd catchweight fights. If you think the Oscar vs Pac fight at welterweight was catchweight so did his fight with Hatton and JMM. One thing is different Pac meet them (Oscar, Cotto and Marg) at the middle (a fair fight, one is moving up and one is moving down) while Floyd asked them to come up in his weight division for their disadvantages and cheated the old man JMM at the scale.

So you are saying an employers have a right to discriminate and selectively apply its drug testing? I knew TN was a slave state but dam... Glad I don't live there. Civil Rights is the law of the land, doesn't matter where you live. You can't single people out and ask them to do something that you haven't asked others to do. I'm sure I would have a federal lawsuit if my employer had singled me out for no reason and changed their practices just for me. Its late Bro, Good Night and Take Care, Have a good weekend. Later

I don't know how long you've been following boxing, but Mayweather has allegedly been ducking everyone his entire career. Larry Merchant actually accused Mayweather of ducking Juan Lazcano after he chose to move up to 140. He's been on the cover of The Ring magazine accused of ducking Hatton when he chose to move up to welter and fight the then champ Judah. He was accused of ducking Mosley. Now, he's blasted for KOing Hatton and embarrassing Mosley. He'll fight Pac, but he's gonna do it when he gets ready. If you guys have noticed, he's only fought once a year in his return. He's fought this year, and says he's fighting Pac next year. If he veers from that, then there may be some validation to him avoiding the little guy, especially if he fights someone else. But until this, I think all this ducker this, ducker that talk is senseless horse****.
Okay, assuming everything you say is true, there is one flaw in your thinking. Pacquaio has been considering retirement since the Clottey fight. When he signed to fight Clottey, he promised his mother he would only fight one more time (which we all presumed to be Mayweather). That didn't happen, and now you got Marg vs. Pac on November 13th and Pacquaio saying possibly ONE more fight, presumably Mayweather in May 2011 if Mayweather can get past his legal troubles. Main problem is Floyd Jr. getting away scott free is going to be rough due to his past, so any time behind bars potentially ruins his huge payday, big fight and his desire to prove he is the best. Floyd's actions may have just ruined this fight and possibly his career....
