This fight won't happen for many reasons:

1. Manny still has a pending lawsuit vs. the Mayweathers and GBP.
2. Floyd will need a tune up.
3. Arum and DLH are currently (and for the foreseeable future) at each other's throats.
4. Floyd Sr. won't allow it.


and the single biggest reason...

5. Floyd wants nothing to do with Manny Pacquiao.

Floyd will have the balls to fight Pac when he runs out of cash paying bills in lawyers fees. How can you even beat legal issues when you're the guilty party? At most he can only end them by settling out of court. That would mean shelling out millions of dollars just cure the headaches.
