funny thing is i think he would beat pacquaio, he is bigger, technically miles better and alot smarter in the ring than pacquiao. shame he cant find his balls and is too busy with "vacations" that consist of hanging around his house with some scally wags who repeat everything mayweather says. But in truth, he still have to go through the personal and legal issues BEFORE he can even think about fighting Pacquiao.

Though on paper, Mayweather is bigger, more tehcnically savvy, "smarter", and all - it won't matter if he doesn't want to be challenged or rather doesn't want to challenge Pacquiao.

The nature of pugilism isn't so much on one's intelligence on HOW TO FIGHT but the actual FIGHT itself.

Mayweather have shown superlative pugilism and techniques. Bar none, he could be the one of the very best defensive fighter of all time. (second to ALI in my humble opinion) but unless he can challenge his own self to fight Pacquiao then all of that are wasted.

a couple of years ago, a pac vs marg fight would be laughable. the same fighter floyd ducked is now fighting pac, and pac clearly is the smaller fighter.

what i dont get that if floyd thinks pac is such an easy fight, why he set up road blocks (ost, 60/40 split, fought a couple months ago, needs a vacation) i'm beginning to THINK that all this "woman beating" case is a STUNT to NOT have a pac vs mayweather fight.

and here we are closer to a pac vs marg fight....
as skilled as pac is, i'd say he has balls to go up against the biggest opponent he's ever faced. floyd needs that kind of confidence in his boxing skills like pacquiao. if he had, then we'd be waiting for a pac vs mayweather rematch by now.
