    Thats why for pacq putting on 5 lb sounds little to you guys but he needs to maintain his bodyfat % while gaining those 5 lb while eating 7000 cals a day while burning thousands of cals a day. Thats why they pay lots of cash for nutritionists instead guessing it. I want them to start doing bf% at weigh-ins so we see whos actually is in better shape and which weight class they belong at.
    Someone who knows their **** finally..Manny didn't gain much to fight Cotto tho..he was already in the low 150's..so it was more maintainace and a bit of muscle mass added..
