      The rules were there before your 90 yr old grandfather was born.
      Go to a Casino and try to make a catchweight for blackjack. Say .. less met at 19!!

        Are you really comparing blackjack to boxing? And again what 90 year old rule states Championship bouts have to be held at the full weight limit? Other than the one you made up in your little head.
