                Usually its the promoters or the alphabet orgs blocking, now it looks like the fighters are throwing up the obstacles.

                What's stopping one of them from claiming an injury? Kessler already did it.

                        They should boycott the fight. Make weight and then literally dance around the ring with literally 1 punch thrown and landed on each boxer..

                        Would showtime sue them then? They could just say it was "tactics"
                        That would be a big FU to the networks!!!!

                            this tournament is critical to the showtime boxing franchise and showtime has to do every thing to protect that.

                            oscar and shane were friends and they fought 2x.

                                    Yeah and they would never get another airing ever on that network or a big payday,basically pissing away their careers........I have no idea why they would ever attempt that.

                                        You're forgetting Mosley-DLH.

                                        They grew up in the same hood, went to the same gym as kids, but when the time came they put all that aside and faced off in the ring.
