There is simply a time in your career where you have to step up - Mosley fight was the right direction - it never happened and since it's been a dissapointment...Why is Andre Berto looking for a fight with Andreas Kotelnik or Marcos Maidana?
Why not another welterweight like Brooks, Clottey or perhaps Zaveck or Senchenko? Why in the name of heaven is he ducking his mandatory, Selsuk Aydin, who really isn't very good?
In the past Berto has fought boxers from the super lightweight division, such as Urango and Forbes. It's definitely become a pattern with Andre.
I tell you Berto is good - he has a questionable chin but he has heart - he fought through adversity - if Mosley wins against Mora I think they will revisit this fight - it's the best for both - and then Berto has to show what he is made off...
It's sad that the guys around him doesn't have trust in him because he isn't such a big draw that he can continue to fight nobodies or opponents below his weight class - if he can make 140 then go to 140 - good fighters are thereComment

Non of the above. He`s playing it safe until an opportunity of a big money fight comes along or a fight that can potentially make him more popular to make more money.Comment
