so many Cotto haters that don't what they're talking about yet! Cotto proved he is still game since beating Foreman....it's still to early to say he's shot....yeah he took a beating from Margarito with concrete blocks(plaster) in his hands??? People don't really see that Margarito's kind of shot himself from punches Cotto landed for 3/4 quarters of that fight and the Mosley beatdown. Margarito is crap without his plaster....its like athletes that were on steroids and had to come off them to not get caught and now suck....Margarito looked like crap in Mexico versus Garcia. Look at all Margarito's fights from Lujian where his ear was falling off, the Andrew "six heads lewis" and so on with possible plaster hands in those fights. The beating Cotto took in his fight was bad and could have hurt him mentally to where know he is more cautious. I think with Steward in his corner things will definitely change a little and bring back the cotto of old with more movement and boxing....You saw flashes of this in the Foreman fight....I believe this fight is still too early for Chavez who could end up being destroyed....If Cotto is truly shot and runs forward with lack of defense then it will be lights out for him....and Chavez victorious maybe.....Pacquiao hands down beat Cotto in his fight.....The next fight for Cotto can determine if he will be able to contend with Pacquiao and outbox him in a rematch....Comment

I think it's dumb that people whine about how "Cotto shouldn't be fighting this kid", whilst at the same time they retort with "Chavez Jr. needs to step up and fight someone good!" :laff2:

Second, Cotto doesnt have anything to gaine by beating this dude. Not even money cuz cotto is the 3rd biggest draw in the sport.
Ranking wise is a step back for cotto.
This is just arum with his in house fighting, and is Cotto loses he will regret listening to arum everytime.
