Floyd was buckled and regained compusure immediately. He never stopped defending, he never lost his wits.

It would have gone the same way even if Shane was 25.

I'm not a floyd fan but you are not analyzing boxing.
How? Floyd got rocked and was holding Shane. If Mosely was 33 who had more strength, speed, and stamina and he pushed Floyd away while Floyd was holding him for dear life, he could have went into a flurry and finished him pff while FLoyd was dazed and about to go down. It's over man. I hope you get it in that brain of yours lol..

A perfect example was on round 1 of Pac vs Hatton.. Hatton tried to hold him when he got hit flushed by pac. pac pushed him while he was dazed and went into a flurry and knock down Hatton almost at the end of the round.

I see that same thing happening to Floyd if it was a younger version of Mosely. 33 mosely vs a 33 year old Floyd, Mosely would have eaten him up alive.

Coz shane couldn't follow through.. He was old and had no speed and stamina.. It only takes one punch to turn the tide, but the problem is he rocked Floyd but he didn't have the gas to finish him off.. If it was a younger Mosely that time Floyd got hit flushed he was holding Mosely for dear life for a over 30 seconds or more. If it was a 33 year old Mosely and not a almost 39 year old Mosely. He Would have pushed him while Floyd was holding him and finished the job with a burst of flurry.. He wouldn't have reached round 3 for sure..

small guys age faster. If you look at history, sfw's are typically done by 33/34
And Flyweights like Manny are typically done before they reach 30. So, as I said, Manny is well past his peak as well, then.

No,I was comparing what pac did, that if Mosely did the same.. That 30 seconds Floyd was holding and super dazed..He should have pushed him away and finished the job. End of story. A 33 year old Mosely with stamina could have done that easy. All it takes is a push then burn him while Floyd was dazed. It ain't rocket science. Floyd got rocked. You guys chime he was able to recover. Yup Floyd did. But that precious 30 seconds he was hanging for dear life. If Mosely pushed him away and flurried. It's over man. No B.S.

You make it sound so easy! Why didnt Mosely do it? Did he forget cos he was so old? Was he too tired after throwing that one punch?

                PBF!
Hence the reason it took so long for it to happen. ssm had nothing to lose fighting him at this point. and his own promoter said he declined the fight just recently. Styles make fight and ssm plays right into pbf's hands.

dumb fighters rarely defeat cerebral fighters.

Err he did push Floyd back but Floyd still managed to defend. He was buckled and hurt, so what? Did he get knocked down? Floyd would still beat Mosley in his prime, its hilarious how people are still butthurt by Mayweather's dominating victory of Mosley. So they make up scenarios like "what if Mosley was in his prime, what if etc" just to make themselves feel better hahaha, even Mosley is over the loss - get a life honestly.

If Shane were prime when they fought, it would have happened at 135. You guys act like Floyd was the easiest guy to hit back then. Dude, was a beast at the lower weights. I know you all don't like him, but, try to look at everything as a whole and not just "if Shane were prime". Floyd outboxes Shane, at anytime in their respective careers.

Yup, his timing is off.. His strength and speed ain't like it used to.. If you believe that a almost 39 year old fighter is the same as a 33 year old fighter.. You really don't know how a human body works.

Heart beats faster at a younger age. A faster beating heart means more oxygen, More oxygen means leaner stronger muscles and stamina to boot. That's why athletes gets old. We are all bound to decay.. a 33 year old beating heart ain't the same as an almost 39 year old heart.

Mosely didn't have the goods to finish him off anymore.. A 33 year old Mosely would have been enough to capitalize on the big right he threw.. A push and a flurry. It's over man.
