I think is a another tactic to get Floyd in the ring. When Floyd is called out in public he does at times respond. His silence has the Pac camp all confused and rallied up

You sound like a woman that's never satisfied. When Floyd trash talk his opponents to promote the fight you say he talk too much I wish he shut up, when he's on vacation not thinking about boxing you say he 's to silent. Make up your mind you can't have it your way.

Pretty much. Or if it does fall apart they'll say "At least Manny tried to get it done by calling him out".

          Good question.

If I were Mayweather, I'd do everything to avoid this dude. Keep quiet inside your house and avoid publicity crap like you did last night. lol. Stay home, buddy or else you're gonna get exposed. Floyd, you're f_cked!!! You can't even fight anyone now but Manny. Manny is your biggest nightmare.
It would appear more legitimate if he were to get on camera with an interpreter, if need be, and called him out. It's not like he can't read his statement into a camera. He's done it before. Heck, he doesn't even have to leave his home to do it.

So people need to remember that before they bash Mayweather. 2nd that's not the only problem. We all know Mayweather is not gonna do 50/50 nor should he. He outsells Pac period. Pac can have all the fans in the world but if they aren't buying his fights it means NOTHING. the split comes down to ppv buys and nothing else. pac being p4p king means nothing. Mayweather was p4p king when he fought dlh and he didn't get 50/50 now did he. Mayweather is the lineal welterweight champion and pac is the challenger. So I don't know what he is talking about. And what BELTS does he have? Last I heard he a BELT. AND if Mayweather cared about belts he would be the WBA champion right now. Anyway enough of this. UFC 117 was awesome last night!!
          Exactly.

Knowing this, Arum and Top Rank turn up the heat to make it look like they really want the fight. The analogy that I use is Pac is like the kid who stands outside another kid's house and challenges him to a fight when he knows that the second kid is not home.
          That's what it looks like.

It's uncharacteristic because he's not known to issue "written" challenges.
That could've been written by Koncs to make it appear Manny said it.

Let him get on camera and make it official or don't even bother.

I think Pac made a similar statement to Hatton, when their fight almost fell through, and the fight went on as a result.

So lets see what the response is.

I can think of two reasons on why he would finally call him out.
                1. Floyd is doing nothing, has no plans to fight and is 100 percent available, considering mosley (after taking that one big shot) was like a sparring match, Floyd should be able to fight on like 2 months notice, but November would be perfect.
                2. A fight and victory over Margarito or Cotto does absolutely nothing for Manny's resume at this point. In my opinion, clearly the Pac/Mayweather fight is the most intriguing and winning does the most for his legacy by far, after that Martinez and Williams are the only others that would add to manny's legacy. I think those guys are better p4p then alexander and bradley but even if their not, its more based on the fact that he would be moving up to 154 to fight the best, so a win against either of them pretty much moves you into 1st or 2nd ranked in both 154 and 160, which is fuccked but thanks to Pavlik thats the way it is.
Anyways, floyd vs manny needs to happen now. and with the way manny fights in these weights any one of these fights could be his last one, he beat the ***** out of cotto and still got his head busted up, a warrior like that will eventually burn out, and he is at the top of his game right now, in a years time he could start going down hill, hopefully he wont, but it is very possible.

Again, this is all assuming Floyd is even considering signing with Don King, which he has said nothing about.
Richard Schaefer wants 50-50 split for a fight with Pacquiao vs Marquez, that explains a lot.

BTW gotta love how Mayweather fans acting like Pacquiao is a pr1ck for calling Mayweather out. Shows how bad they actually want the fight to happen......

and bloodtesting to boot. golden boy thinks pacquiao was on "a-side meth" for their first 2 fights, when they claim marquez won them decisively? right...
