The build up for the first time around was that it was suppose to be Manny's last fight. Then a few months later AFTER he wins the election Sideshow Bob comes out and says Pac will fight a few more fights. Make sure you eat your vegetables Bobby.

Yea I know. I knew Bob would never have supported Mannys bid for Congress if he thought he would never fight again if he won. Ole Bob knows Manny wants to fight FMJ before he retires and he is dangling the carrot in front of Pac. Pacquiao vs Cotto was close to 50/50. Mosley fought Floyd almost for free.

here is the thing. floyd has fought and done 1.1 and 1.4 mil with two none draws. one of which isnt even a PPV fight(mosley)

JMM did 200k with diaz, right?

floyd made 40mil with shane. over 25mil with JMM so there are plenty people he can fight and make 40 mil. sergio comes to mind and i hope he fights sergio.

on the other hand, without giving someone another 90/10 slave contract. how is pac going to make more than 10-12mil?

remember he made 7-8 mil with cotto and 1.25 buys.

2. He really, really wants this fight.

3. Both of the above statements are true.

As soon as I read the first sentence, I knew who wrote this article and did not read any further. All I will say about this is that baiting Mayweather is a sure-fire way of getting what you want and getting your ass kicked. Just ask Ricky Hatton (who turned a Mayweather fight down three times before baiting him when he thought he was ready) and Shane Mosley (who turned the fight down twice before begging an then baiting Mayweather). I can't wait for the ass-whupping Mayweather is going to give Pac in 2011.

I have never seen Pac want a guy so badly. This dude is for real and it's becoming more and more clear who is afraid of who, and who carries the big nuts. I think Pac really wants Myweather.
