As what the title says, it's uncharacteristic of Manny to say all of those things. He could have said some of it, but it's clearly embellished by a writer who loves to grandstand on behalf of Pacquiao. It could have been part of a conversation in a typical low-toned voice but filtered and written to make it look like Pac is sending a direct challenge. Or maybe he's had enough of the things said about him. Who knows?
