If standard testing procedures don't work, then why not go to the root of the problem: NSAC. If Manny is on PEDs and getting away with it time and time again, so can every other fighter out there. If Floyd wants the sport to be on a level playing field, challenge NSAC, not Manny. Yet he doesn't, and has never asked for more testing from his opponents.

Conclusion: Floyd is a vagina who's afraid of losing.

Why do u say "if standard testing procedures don't work" do u really believe they stop or hinder cheating? We all know its just a bs smokescreen. You'd have to be an idiot to fail a sceduled test with months to prepare.

And listen to the name NSAC (Nevada, Las Vegas, Mob, corrupt). If testing would affect the product, which would affect the money why change it?

And why should Floyd have to do all that? All Manny has to do is test FULLY, no need for the red tape. They can just do it themselves, but Mannyaint willing.

Ok dude, I don't know where u get ur info from but USADA ain't Floyds agency. And as far as Manny being affected by testing, Floyds doing the same tests. So that argument is out the window.

I don't think anyone will be affected by the tests physically, but one guy is uncomfortable with it cause his last loss, they took blood from him. Anyways, the point is moot cause manny is willing to be tested that floyd is comfortable with. Floyd simply doesn't want to fight.

I was under the impression that the testing had been agreed upon it was just the money split etc that had to be worked out.
