nobody seems to understand manny's position on the blood testing....its like this....ive dated to filipino chciks and I've found that they are extremely supersticious, I know it's dumb buy it's in their upbringing or religion or something, that's why manny does the same thing before every fight! His last loss was to morales and he says it's because he felt week after taking blood so close to the figt so now he's paranoid! Why won't he just fight? Well we pretty much know the answer to that question, the answers will vary but its pretty simple.
Answer: Floyd feels Manny is cheating, standard boxing tests cant/won't declare Pac or Floyd clean. Hence the Random blood and urine, which Manny refuses to take part in FULLY. NO TEST, NO FIGHT.

Why after 40 fights, Floyd all of a sudden wants to clean up the sport?

The difference between Manny and Floyds reaasons are simple as well, if you look at it from a simple view.
Floyds request is a request to fight, Mannys seem like an excuse not to test. They both want the fight/pay day. They both want to prove they are the best of our era.............

Shane took part in the testing, the same Shane that
1. Murdered Margs
2. That people dared him to face.
3. The same Shane he's been accused of ducking and was "scared of"
If Shane had refused to test and Floyd didn't fight him, the same people who hold Floyd to the higher standard would be saying he's ducking Shane. But Shane took part in the test, and we witnessed the results.

Shane is OLD, well Shane was OLD when u dared Floyd to face him.
Shane is past his Prime, if they'd fought 3 to 4 years ago, Shane would've murdered Floyd. I doubt it, Shane is Shane. No adjustments, Floyd is constant adjustments. We all saw that as the fight went on, it got easier and easier for Floyd.

Let's say you're Pac and you are roiding up, you already got away cheating from all your previous fights, you are P4P, A congressman(your longtime dream), You just recently won FOTD, and are loved internationally...so..WHY WOULD YOU STILL FIGHT AND NOT RETIRE??? Retiring is like the ultimate getaway! Why even take that chance, and for MARG!? It's not like he's fighting Floyd for his biggest payday!
