If we are going by "your objectiveness" then Pacquiao never wanted the fight in January and Mayweather never wanted the fight now.

That's not how negotiations work. This means, your first offer (Manny's) should not be everything that the opponent wants because his name is FLoyd. Last time I checked, Manny is #1 P4P (or 2 if you wish), FOTD, has devasted his most recent opponents in exciting fashion and so on. So he does not have to give in to Floyd as you seem to think he was required to do, on his very first offer.

So let's take Floyd's word of random testing and let's say he said 60/40, as the rumor has it.
If Manny's team gave an offer of 50/50 with 14 days (testing) cutoff then Floyd's team should have counter offered with something, if he is interested in having a fight. Floyd could have said, 56/44 and 5 days (testing) cut off but he never did, according to what we heard. Floyd made NO COUNTER OFFER since he never contacted Manny's team to say that he was interested in the fight but not the offer!!!

The most important point out of this is that even Floyd said that he just doesn't want to fight Manny. FLoyd didn't say, the negotiations were at a stalemate or that the negotiations were going nowhere. FLoyd said he wants to go on vacation, not fight Manny.
