Exactly, between 148 - 154 not 148 - 150. When Floyd asked for OST he got bashed and ppl said he wasn't bigger than boxing and shouldn't ask for such a thing. But when Pac asks to fight someone below that weight limit for a title you can defend him? Now is this what the commision ruled, or is this a contractual agreement? Ofcourse it's a contractual agreement. But will the same Pac fans that bashed Mayweather for his contractual demands do the same to Pac for his?
