To me, a legacy is built on how good fighter you fought, not necessarily if you were expected to lose. If you are the best in the world you will never be considered an underdog.

mayweather has been top p4p fighter from early in his career thats why its impossible for him to be considered an underdog in fights but that doesnt mean he had fewer challenges. defending the p4p spot for so many years is just as challenging if not more. fighters come and go but floyd has been on top for a very long time, longer than pac thats for sure
