Forbes may very well be a good person but he is nowhere near elite-level as a fighter. Oscar getting tagged repeatedly by him is all the proof you need that Oscar was washed up.
Him being drained just made it worse.

for the people saying floyd never fought a prime fighter..do you not remember his time at 130 or 135.. castillo is an atg lightweight and floyd beat him twice..corrales was a great fighter (rip)

i repeat, floyd has never beaten a fighter you could rightfully classify as a true atg in their prime.

Mannys run lately however, is in my opinion extremely overrated. So is his W's vs Morales.

But i would say he still has clearly a better resume namewise than Floyd.
I don't think he does. Both Hoya and Hatton are better wins for Floyd than they are for Pacquiao, Shane Mosley was the true WW champion, the one people were accusing Floyd for ducking just a few months ago, remember?
I give Manny credit for the first Morales fight which he lost but put on a valiant effort and I can't think of anything that really stands out more than that compared to Floyd who dominated 135 pounds and fought bigger names and definitely more game opponents out of his comfort weight class. No catch weights either. So Floyd, it's close but Floyd is the better fighter and has the better resume.

Would Floyd draw with Agapito Sanchez? Would Floyd lose 11 rounds vs any version of Marquez? I don't think so.

Makes no sense to debate this anymore until Floyd and Manny actually scrap.

That's when the final truth will be known.

I rather see PAC-Man fight Floyd than anybody at 154. PAC has to fight someone who is still fresh. Althogh he gets credit for fighting Clottey, Clottey had already been beat by Mar & Cotto. Both heavy hitters. Both should man-up and fight. It's what the world wants.
