maybe march of '11 will be great.

i swear to God if margarito ****s this up .......
Bob wouldn't match manny with marg if he thought marg would win, IMO. Too much money for bob to **** it up.

Without the wraps Marg isn't that great. I predict Manny will punish him like Mosley did. I'd rather see pac fight bradley to be honest. Or here's a novel idea why not let Cotto vs Marg II for the right to face pac. Meanwhile negotiate Pac vs May.

have manny fight tim I agree. If mayweather won't fight and manny fights the guy who challenged him on national tv rather tahn make the most money fighting a top rank guy, then everything pac fans have said is true.

But manny will do what he did when floyd "retired" before, fight the fights that yield the biggest paydays with the lowest risk to insure he is in a psoition to fight floyd if/when he returns.

Pac fans just will never admit this because it flies in the face of their reasoning. When Pac is the top dog he acts like it. When floyd is the top dog he acts like it.

Only difference is Pac talks less **** and floyd makes more money!

And, I would disagree with your statement about pac getting fights. Last time floyd "retired", pac moved up and fought ODH and Hatton, both big money fights, when better competition was around.

I'm not faulting manny or hating on him. But isn't it odd that the strategies seem similiar?
i gotta LOL at this dude. hatton was the man at 140 back then, he was the linear champ. u gotta be kidding if you mention any of the 140 names right now, they werent even known or were just prospects back then, even now some of them are.

hoya was a money fight true, but pac was called out to go up 2 divisions. hell, who wouldnt want hoya fight? even darchinyan wanted to fight oscar for the money.

Please everybody knows Hatton was past prime. As for fighting Oscar your admitting Manny chases money just like everybody else. Thank you that's all we're saying. Don't be a hypocrite all boxers try to get paid Manny is no different.

Actually Bradley and Williams would be better money wise than Margarito...Not sure why that fight is even an option. Well yeah I am because Arum feels he would make good money off of it and margarito could get some limelight. I'm just not sure why some people are validating that as a solid fight. Floyd bull****ting but making a fight with Margarito... there are better fights out here than that. He already had his easy meaningless fight of the year against Clottey.

Pac has been in some wars but he's far from past prime. If anything I think he improved since then. Back then he was just a brawler with heart. Now I see great footwork, technique and greater power in both hands.

Why won't he fight Bradley? The man publicly challenged him on tv and has more fans than Clottey.
