Will Manny become the New Floyd if Floyd Takes a Vacation?

Already Paul Williams and Tim Bradley have called out many pacquio. Bob Arum, manny's promoter, has made it clear neither will get a fight with manny because they don't bring anything monetarily to the table.

Floyd has been accused of ducking top flight welterweights Miguel Cotto and Antonio Margarito, choosing instead to fight Carlos Baldomir and Oscar Dela Hoya. Manny will likely fight Cotto again at 154 lbs and/or the disgraced Margarito at 154 should he be reliscenced. Manny will make more for these fights then he would fighting Bradley or Williams, although both, as of this post, are top flight welterweights.

In floyd's "absense" will manny become the new floyd? Will he only pick and choose big money fights (as some have accussed floyd) rather than fight elite prime welterweights? Please discuss!
