    Muhammad Ali had 5 losses.

Sugar Ray Robinson had 19 losses.

    Henry Armstrong had 21 losses.

They have losses but they fought with there warrior mentality.. Proving themselves to every boxing fan why they were great. It's all about fighting the best and beating the best in there generation. In this case pac is that guy he should fight vice versa. Enhancing legacy is what a boxer should strive for. As we professionals also try to enhance are legacy to are chosen field.
Don't disagree with anything you said. Who IYO should floyd have fought that he didn't? Are you judging his last 3-4 yrs or his whole career? WHat is missing from his legacy?

BTW, if he hasn't had as many tough fights as other fighters is it just because his competition stinks or could it be because he is that much better than his competition?

Well, that's the thing.. fighters can only improve there legacy by fighting great fighters. If there generation has not a lot of competitive fighters then it's not the fighters fault. But there is no measurement or yardstick to say he is great if his competition are flimsy and are made of tin cans or has duck top fighters in his division.

But there is a guy that can enhance his legacy, That is pacman. The guy is considered great and beating pac will improve his standings in the atg category vice versa. They need each other in the legacy stand point. So why is your guy ducking if it will enhance his legacy?

He calls himself better than Muhammad Ali Sugar Ray Robinson
Henry Armstrong. Then he owes the people to show if he can step up to the plate and disprove his critics.

It is fortunate we have the 2 best fighters in the world in the same division not letting it happen is a tragedy.

you didn't answer my question. Which great fighter IYO should floyd have fought that you feel he didn't.

Just because he doesn't agree to manny's terms doesn't mean he's ducking. Is manny ducking because he didn't accept 0 day cutoff immediately. I don't think you would say so. Hold each to the same standard please.

you are aware that Bob Arum said floyd had more skills than ali or leonard when he was promoting him?

Grow some braincells first lol.. I just can't understand why you think Floyd has proven himself to say he has reached the cieling of greatness, and can be called the greatest of all time.

Ask yourself that, and you will see enlightenment. But if you say yes.. Your defiintely 'still' in the ***** world where every gayweather says is right

I'm talking about legacy if you can say he has nothing left to prove and he is the ATG. Then prove it. I want you to put a thread on why he is the best!

And you know what, sad to say I have a feeling there's going to be alot of bashers going in there coz Floyd ain't all that yet.. at least for now until he steps up to the plate and be the Gorilla that he thinks he is.

              It's called "LEGACY"

Please post a thread on why your fighter is THE GREATEST, I can't wait to read it.

Shoot, Michael Jordan himself lost hundreds of times and was cut from his high school basketball team.
problem is many people dont think manny is a real threat, its jjus hype based on a cherry picked pie recipe. lil floyd wont sign because his demands werent met.
ali had 5 losses but most came in the last leg of his career, same for robinson. armstrong? these fighters fought well over 5o years back. think about that for a bit becasue it isnt as a conving tool for debate as you might think.

Spoon I never said floyd was the greatest did I? I never said he doesn't have to prove himself. I asked you who he should have fought that he didn't. Thats all.

You think its about legacy. About having us diehards call him an ATG. I think you are being incredibly naive. This is a business plain and simple. Ali, robinson, leonard fought the guys who brought them the most money plain and simple. They didn't fight tough guys for the sake of it.

I think its about earning the most money possible on your job. Perhaps of different opinions reflect where we are in life.
