Wasn't the whole point of him not taking the rematch with Sergio to move up in weight?

This is a big mistake. He should move up. There are plenty of guys to fight.

Does anyone know anything about Jack Leow? Has he trained anyone of note before Kelly?

I don't know much about him. I wonder if Pavlik could do with a fresh start?

The first rule is, you don't sack the coach unless you got someone better to replace him..... but sometimes a change is as good as a rest.
No he only has trained Kelly he does training on the side. i think he owns his own company repaving drive ways or something like that.

It's the classic set-up (and send off). Pavlik is going to lose. Book it.

This is what happens when your just considered an 'Oppenent' or a 'Stepping Stone', you fight in a weight class that you don't want to.

chavez jr is not ready for pavlik.

if pavlik loses this fight, he should seriously think about quitting.

Hopefully Chavez Jr still fights Mayorga in September. Unless Pavlik is mentally that destroyed from recent losses I can't see him loosing (atleast with legit judges) to Chavez Jr.

This is a fight where all will see Jr. get his ass whipped. Although I thought jr improved, Pavlik is a much better fighter than John Duddy, and I def. dont think Pavlik is done. Jr. is Taylor made for Pavlik and will be right there for Pavlik to land those bombs on. I see this fight happening and I am going with a 8 to 10 round knock out or TKO with Pavlik the victor. Kid is still way to green and undisiplined imo.

Chavez punches too soft to slow Kelly down. Kelly gave Sergio a great fight and was in it until late in the fight. He could have won and Sergio is better then Chavez in every way. By miles. JCC is garbage. Unless Arum buys Kelly off knowing he wants out of the sport anyways there is ZERO chance Kelly loses. Its only a matter of what round he ends it in.

Because Kelly's management team doesn't know what the hell they're doing. If you're going to fight at 160 after all then why not do it against Sergio Martinez for the belt?
