It's the reason why they backed out of the Mayweather fight. Roach even said he needed more time with Manny. I've said this so many times. If Roach can get Pac to do any decent boxing going backwards Pac/Mayweather will probably be an all-time best.

No sir. I have seen all of pac's fights since he signed with Top rank. Rather than call me a hater review the resume. Margarito is a brawler with KO power. Yuri is a boxer with no power. Him jabbing pac all night would make for a bad fight. it wouldn't give pac many chances to show off his power.

1. I never said Manny should face anyone. Please provide that qoute sir. 2. I am talking about what came out of Manny's own mouth. Yuri is too tall but, says he is interested in fighting Margarito. Check the fighters stats and tell me who is taller and with a longer reach? 3 Manny doesnt need to fight P Dub it will prove nothing. 4 I do not hate Pac at all. I love that guy. I dont like his camp or promoter. Please tell me if anyting I said is incorrect. Or if the stats on my sig are incorrect.

Well, when I was looking at this when Cotto first said he was going to 154. I thought I knew then the real reason for it. I know I'll probably be hated on by fan boys or pac or praised by floyds fan boys but, I try to look at it the way it is. Yuri would have give Pac fits. He moves way too much has a long reach and a decent boxer. Yuri also is a tough dude no matter how feather fisted he is. It would have been a hard fight for Pac and I'm not sure Yuri could really get down to 150-152 who knows. Pac says Yuri is too tall but, in reality he actually boxes and that's the problem. So either way I don't fault Pac because it is a bit to chew going up that high. Now so that Pac can get his 8th title insert Cotto and I wasnt sure about it but, very proud of the way both guys fought. Now it's an easy fight to make and one that will line Bob's pockets nicely...

N you hit it on the head, the fight worked out for Bob to make another profitable fight with in house fighters. Cotto/Formeman in my eyes was a good fight until in lasted. And it is like you mentioned it is not Yuri's height that bothered the Pac camp it was his boxing ability and natural size

The problem is you can't say anything about either Pac or May that isn't in the realm of "worship" or you will be labeled a hater. Instead of calling it like you see it and using common sense you're supposed to make blind uninformed remarks no matter if they make you look ******. That's what is passing for boxing fans nowadays. I would agree that Cotto would do better this time around but he would more than likely still lose... Cotto fight Berto!!
