    So what?

He might as well not be afraid of Mike Tyson for all I care for.

Stop talking, start training, let go of the booze and broads, then - MAYBE - you might still have one elite fight left.

cotto had the choice to say "no" and stay firm on it, regardless of what arum and pac's team insisted on

i think it'll be good over 150lbs..Cotto was great at 147..nobody here can say Cotto needs to be at 154..

it doesnt matter if the fight is at 140, 145, 150 or 154, pac will always beat cotto down because he is a far better boxer
R u on shrooms? Cotto has way better boxing skills than Pac..thats almost like a hands down kinda thing..Pac is just fast, strong and throws alot..but actual "boxing" technique goes to Cotto.

Yup..i remember being at the fight and yelling..COTTO DUDE WHAT R DOING!! U DONT TRADE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RING WITH A GUY WHOS FASTER THAN YOU!!!! He needs to box and box and stay disciplined..and with Steward there, i think it'll happen.

Cotto should be afraid of Pacquiao, until he stops fighting with his head up in the air without any d, he's always going to be destroyed by high volume punchers that move forward effectively.
Are u kidding? he fought backwards vs Judah and Mosley..and won both..with 1 being a KO..he fought backwards vs Rito and schooled him the 1st 6 rounds...he's an above average counter puncher.

I agree...but if he says no and stands firm. Do you think people will really see it his way and not that he is ducking Pac? Plus, who else was he going to fight and make that kind of money?

Then he wouldn't of made his career payday. Cmon dude be for real. This is a busineess and Cotto got kids to feed. He had no other options to make that kind of money.

Margarito in Mexico. Guaranteed it will sell out. Biggest fight in Mex since Chavez vs Camacho.

I don't think he did either. Maybe when he got stunned but, I think that's when the low blows came in. I'd have to watch that fight again.

Didn't Margarito sell out the venue in his last fight against a tomato can?
