I don't know if he loses at 147. Niether do you. The issue for me is if you want the respect a multi division champ earns, then go to 147 and get it. Getting titles at 145 and (if it happens) 152 is a b!tch move to me.Comment

this fight should only take place if cotto fights margo first, beat up margo and then he would be a superstar again, people will start to demand a fight with pac and only then would people accept itComment

I agree. He should avenge his loss to Margarito before he fights Pac again. One, it's a fight he has a better chance of winning, which will give him confidence going into a fight with Pac. Plus it will help answer the question about whether or not Margarito was loading his gloves in their fight.Comment

nuff respect!!!!....can't say enough about Cotto's heart and warrior spirit.....if all fighters had Cotto's bravery....boxing being dead wouldn't even be a topic....MMA would be like backyard wrestling or some **** like that.....the boxing game needs more Cotto type fighters......he'll fight anybody, anywhere and as we found out in his fight with the lil' congressman, that he'll scrap under any stipulations....props to that man!!!The Manny Pacquiao sweepstakes continue to play out. ABS-CBN News spoke to WBA junior middleweight champion Miguel Cotto about a possible rematch with Pacquiao, who knocked out the Puerto Rican star last November to capture the WBO welterweight title. Cotto has since moved up to 154-pounds to capture the WBA title.
