If you haven't been answered consider this:
Take 2 identical twins and let them pratice the left uppercut. Twin A works out 1 hour a day for seven days. Twin B works out 1½ hours a day for 7 days.
When the week is over Twin B is obviously better at throwing the left uppercut and it was PED's that enabled him to work-out the longer.
Take any boxingskill you want (except perhaps punchresistance), and you can see that PED's will help you.
