Vargas being stopped doesn't mean the PED didn't help him. He was a huge underdog in the first place. He was coming off a terrible performance against a sparring partner where he had been buzzed and, prior to that, was dropped and seriously hurt by the light-hitting, faded Wilfredo Rivera. And he comes out and gives Oscar De La Hoya HELL until he was hurt by the left hook in the late rounds. It was a huge improvement in performance.

Another example that you are simply a Johnny Come Lately is saying Shane had a bad performance against Oscar. Compared to what? His last fight? Where he might've won one round (out of three) against Raul Marquez in a fight that ended up being a no decision? Or the two fights before that where he...LOST. The performance against Oscar that second time may not look great now but it was his best performance in YEARS.

once again, you need to stop exaggerating. as i remember it, marquez v. mosley was stopped because of a cut. I think raul is a southpaw w/ and awkward style. so that no decision wasn't as terrible as you make it out to be. it was just a conflict of styles.

and against forrest and winky, mosley was just too small for winky and forrest who also happens to just have mosley's number. chalk that loss up to styles.

so when mosley fights a guy like dlh who style favors mosley and mosley performs worst than he did the first time, that should tell you that the PEDs he was using didn't do **** for him.

Ward represents himself well. However, he should be equally open to any tougher testing. To me, that's where it's at. If he's willing to do that then I can't really say anything. You know what you're getting when dealing with Conte so if you want to put yourself out there and work with him, then you better be prepared for the scrutiny.
