Dont worry Larry. If Floyd is as smart as I think he is, he'll make the fight with Pac, which will nullify the lawsuit. How's Pac gonna sucessfully claim that the Mayweathers defamed him? Which thus decreased his earning value, and prevented him from making as much money(because of the "alledged" false accusations)as he could if possible PED use were never mentioned. It's gonna be really hard to convince a judge that your earning power has decreased because of the statements when you just picked up the highest payday of your entire career won't it?

Now that you mention it, it is abuse to a certain extent. He delayed training at the wild card to avoid having to pay American taxes on the American dollars that he was going to earn for the Cotto fight, but he wants to use the American court system to gain money off of opinionated comments.
