I don't see a case against any of the Mayweathers TBH... But, i am not a lawyer and I am not going to pretend to be one like many of these posters on here. However, common sense tells me that there is no case. But, again I might be wrong cuz I am not lawyer.
However, common sense tells me that he has a case against GBP. Not sure if he can get money but I can see his contract with GBP being voided. Due to GBP not having Pac best interest like they should as promoters. However, I might be wrong. Once again I am not a lawyer and I won't pretend to be one...
I would leave all that to apparently all you boxingscene posters who apparently passed the bar exam.Last edited by jrosales13; 07-02-2010, 05:27 PM.Comment

lol could've...that's all you can come up with? ****** speculations. shwarzeneger will annihilate floyd's ass if he says that lol. when floyd saw how pac ko'd hatton and cotto his confidence got shook he has to brought up blood testing instead of fighting in the ring.Comment

and?
so because pacquiao still tried to negotiate a fight that means what?Comment

That means that the allegations shouldn't be a excuse to why the fight didn't get made the first time. People act as if the allegations themselves prevented the fight from happening. If that were the case, Manny would NOT have even sat down to negotiate a fight with Fraud Jr. since he was "slandered" before they even negotiated anything.Comment

i never said the allegations prevented the fight. That means that the allegations shouldn't be a excuse to why the fight didn't get made the first time. the arguing over how the drug testing was to be done killed the fight.
i just brought up the same thing the ts said but replaced the lawsuit with allegations.
the allegations caused the lawsuit.
either way the lawsuit wouldn't get in the way anyway.
if this fight doesn't get made this time around it'll be because of purse split.Comment

Thank you for informing me, that was an assumption.
He isn't because the case doesn't hold any water.
Right. It doesn't "need" to be dropped to go on with the fight. Unless, Floyd wants it that way... but it doesn't technically "need" to be.
That's exactly why.
He said the Phillipines.
Since when does Pacquiao = The Phillipines?
Maybe on this website it does, but not in the court of law.
Implied doesn't stand up in court.
No, but thanks for asking.Comment
