I don't know..but that didn't stop Manny from negotiating the first time. I mean, the allegations happened before they ever sat down to talk about fighting each other. After that didn't work, THEN he filed the lawsuit...that doesn't make sense to me.

i never said the allegations prevented the fight.

the arguing over how the drug testing was to be done killed the fight.
