I'd imagine that it would be a stumbling block to make the fight. But having said that, when the lawsuit first came to light, a high percentage of the mayweather fans were incredibly confident that mayweather would win the lawsuit anyway. So why would it matter?!

Floyd hasn't improve his resume by beating Pac's Kryptonite and the man Manny ducked at 140?

He's ranked as the #1 p4p in the world and dominated 22 rounds combined in the last two fights against two guys Manny ducked.

Legacy and resume won't put food on the table and won't provide for your family. Ask these broke boxers, if they would rather make 65M a year, or have a better resume than Floyd.
