I believe Floyd has a good chance of beating Manny. Lets say around the 60-65%, just like the professional sportsbetting market do.

Why can't just Floyd drop the demand or at least demand it through the proper channel (NSAC) in order to actually get the fight of our lives. I am sure if the NSAC will impose the USADA testing, Pac will have no problem in abiding it, even if I don't believe it is only the USADAthat can impose the proper test. For sure there is still other organization other than the USADA/ GBP/ Mayweather Commission that can do the proper test with the blessings of the proper boxing commission. I beleive it is the USADA entering the scene that eventually killed the negotiation.
