Not many (well some ******ed people) believe Manny is cheating because Mayweather sr says it. People are pissed off because Manny refuse to take the tests.
No seriously, Pac not wanting to take the test at first does kinda pose as a red light but he is willing to do it now..

I think you gotta look at the situation both ways.. Is their a possibility Pac is on PED's since he didnt agree to the test. Yes. but he is willing to do so now..

Now in Pacs defense, why should he bend over to Mayweathers rules of changing the testing policy when Pac has gotten to where he is at WITHOUT Mayweather.. Pac is stating, who does Floyd think he is changing the rules that the NSAC have been taking care for years..

Sure Pac made demands like 10mil for every pound over weight but who can blame Pac cause Floyd did come in over weight against Marquez..

So bottom line, could Pac be on PED's im not going to be closed minded and say NO but right now their are still NO EVIDENCE of it being true and its been about 7 months with no proof.. Even the PED test that both Pac and Floyd took a few months ago.. Still no signs of PED use in those test..

Mosley's PED use was an issue in the past, to Zab Judah. Judah wanted extra drug testing for a Mosley fight. Shane and GBP said no. Mayweather wanted it for a Mosley fight. Shane and GBP said yes. That's about negotiating leverage. Much like how if Marcos Maidana moved up to WW and signed to fight Miguel Cotto and asked for a catchweight and heavy penalties if not met, Cotto and Top Rank would say no.

Mayweather and Pacquiao have negotiating power that other fighters do not. Much like how the two Sugar Rays had them and got their demands met.

Im not leaving out the possibility that Pac could have or may have beat the system but he is still innocent until the facts are out.. and the fact that Floyd Sr. and Family accuse him for using PED's arent facts enough to prove he is a user..
Who knows? Maybe Floyd heard rumors in boxing circles that Manny is using. Maybe he's just paranoid. Maybe he's just slightly su****ious but used it as a way to both hype the fight and delay it to build momentum. The old date of March 13 seemed rushed, less than 4 months after Pacquiao-Cotto, and they couldn't delay it a couple months because of Manny's political campaign.

Why do we need proof? This isn't a court of law. People believe what they believe. Mayweather Sr. can accuse all he wants and Pacquiao can sue him in return.

the post made your _____ laugh... really hard?

Your what? The suspense is killing me.

And I live in the reality where a company like Top Rank is sitting on close to 3 million PPV buys worth of matchups if they follow the blueprint I laid out (Cotto-Margarito II---> Pacquiao-Marquez III---> Pacquiao-Cotto/Margarito winner).

All of those fights would be big stadium, high revenue, crowd-pleasing bouts with great storylines and angles for 24/7, promotions, etc... And put yourself in Bob Arum's shoes. You have a chance to stage Pacquiao-Mayweather, which could realistically do 3 million buys, and share the revenue with Golden Boy. Or you could keep all the money in-house (except w/ Marquez) and have back-to-back-to back bouts that could generate 800,000+ buys each.

Which option would sound most appealing to you? Show the good people your business acumen, I'm sure your _____ would love another laugh.

The reason is that a big fight like this were never killed because of it.

Show me a person that says Floyd sr's accusation is proof of PED use and i will show you a complete moron.

            This is not the point.
Floyd Sr. says Pac is on that A side meth crap what ever the hell that is..

Exactly the reason why it didnt happen in March. I thought it would of been too soon for Pac especially after that tough fight with Cotto.. Good move on both fighters to go the other route and make additional millions cause the buzz on a Floyd vs. Pac match up is still there..

Why do I need proof, well personally I dont buy into much unless I see it for my own eyes or facts are laid out in front of me. Thats why I need proof in order to ride with Sr.s accusations...

But back on the topic.. Floyd vs. Manny is the only fight that matters to both fighters IMO.. Anything else on either fighters would be a let down AGAIN..

It is not about bending over. Weird demands are put in contracts all the time. In fact, Pacquiao is pretty much the hardest person in boxing to deal with. He always gets his will. Even this time around when he actually break the NSAC rules regarding the fine for being overweight.

This is the biggest fight of this era. Fighters (in this case Pacquiao) should not let their egos get in the way.

You really didnt expect anyone to get caught with that did you? I'm sure even James Toney is bright enough to not get caught with that.

Ofcourse there wont be any proof of PED use if you dont take the tests that are better suited for it.
Now, i would be shocked if Manny got caught using PEDS during Olympic style drug testing. All i want is for him to take them so the fight can happen.

I know this. That is irrelevant.

No one said at the point "Well Floyd sr says it, so it must be true". Most people laughed him off as the goofball he is.

It is when Manny refuse to take the tests and give about 10 different reasons (everyone more ridiculous that the previous) that people began talking.

Agreed. I don't know anyone that genuinely believes that Pacquiao is dirty simply because crazy Floyd Sr. said so.

I'd say people believe Manny's dirty because:

                    1) They don't like Manny and want to believe it.

                    2) Manny has given different reasons for not taking the tests. Instead of simply saying "why am I being singled out...why should I have to prove my innocence?", he's talked about how Floyd being bigger means the blood tests will affect him less.

                    3) They don't believe in the honesty and integrity of professional sports and its competitors. Which is where I sort of am, but at the same time, I'm not one of those "they all use PEDs" people. I'm just open to the possibility that a high percentage are.

believing that manny have to take the test means that you believe that mayweather has no chance of beating Pacquiao.........
