I ain't scared, I'll give you a top 10 p4p list off the top of my head.
SRR
Greb
Armstong
Langford
B. Leonard
Charles
Pep
Duran
Leonard
Ross
This of course is never final. SRR is the only one who stays in the same place all the time. That may change the more I learn about Greb and Armstrong though.Comment

Roy Jones barely loses a round for like 10 years and not even in the top 50. I remember a point Roy made back in 1998 when he was talking about the 1980s. He said those fights were great because the other had a weakness the other could exploit which made it a entertaining fight. Roy said i have no weaknesses to exploit so i make great fighters look mediocre.Comment

It seems like a lot of the recent fighters are underrated. Modern professional boxing has only been around for about 100 years, so you would expect to have approximately 1 top 10 boxer and 2 top 20 boxers each decade. In the 1990s, Roy Jones Jr. was voted Fighter of the Decade (although you can make an argument that Pernell Whitaker deserved to win it more) and he also had some significant accomplishments in the early 2000s. Mayweather and Pacquiao have clearly been the top 2 boxers of the last 10 years, and both have some unique accomplishments. Pacquiao is the only fighter ever to win major world titles in 7 weight classes. Mayweather is the only fighter to ever win titles in 5 weight classes without losing a fight. Logically, you would expect Jones Jr., Mayweather, and Pacquiao to all be ranked in the top 20 all time, but in the OP's list all of them are outside the top 20 with Jones Jr. all the way down at #71.Comment

Good point. I think ppl just sometimes favor the older era even though the guy in the new era might possibly whip the guy from the older era in his same weight class.Comment
