For almost a 15 year period he lost one fight and that was a DQ for hitting a guy he had knocked down and was on the way to stopping. That means no legit losses over almost a decade and a half. Over this time he won titles from 160 through to Heavyweight and beat a string of very good and great fighters, barely losing a round for several fights in a row.
I think that body of work is decent enough to rate Jones on. Not saying his decline should be completely ignored, but it shouldn't take the focus away from just how spectacular he was in his prime.
Definitely top 25 ATG IMO.
