You know ima keep it real, i am as annoyed with this as i am annoyed with mayweather fans crying like their boyfriend was gonna break up with him when he threw out that BS about retiring.

I mean the posts were pathetic to me "Oh im done with him" "Oh hes a piece of **** if he retires"

Youd swear they were married or in a relationship.

Its like this, these fighters are your family, your friends, nor are they your lovers, stop ****ing stanning and get a life.

I want this fight to happen, but you know what, refreshing boxingscene for the latest Ronnie article isnt going to make it happen any faster. They put out these little driveby media quotes to get the word around that mayweather is a coward etc. Mayweather is in the goddamn gym staying in shape. Dude went on vacation and hes back in the ****ing gym

What I find interesting is how thin the line between love and hate is. More people who "hate" Floyd talk about him then people who "love" him. Scary. I can't wait for this fight to happen, regardless of the outcome. We need to clean the bad air in here.

Anybody answer this.....If OST is unofficial and doesn't count, but Pac is willing to work out a deal that had previously been amendable to Mayweather at one point, is that not trying to reach a compromise?

You are making your own inferences. The 14-day cutoff was a last minute compromise to save the fight. It didn't happen because Pacquiao refused. And since he refused an extremely fair compromise, Floyd took it off the table. Did you know in February that Manny would find a cure for his blood ailment? Well, neither did Floyd. A lot's changed since then. Maybe Manny should stop living in the past.

The 14-day cutoff was enough for whatever Floyd's reason for the demand is, be it he's cleaning the sport or he thinks PAC is on enhancement drugs. So why a new deal, unless this was just Floyd's excuse to avoid Pac?

difference is Manny is willing to compromise to make the fight. Floyd wants all or nothing. And the bigger draw mean little when you stand to make more money than you could against anyone else, as well as enhance your rep against the p4p best fighter in the world.

Agreed Jab.. I don't understand. I realize now why Manny didn't accept the first offer having to deal with this childish sh**. May fans on here seem to emulate Floyd and even use his quotes to back up their argument. Kinda sad really..

I still don't know ANYONE IN REAL LIFE that would allow someone to spew baseless allegations and try to ruin their reputation/legacy with lies and proceed to submit to that same crooked competitor in a negotiation process. Only if the deal still stands. NEWSFLASH: Manny Pacquiao isn't the only person allowed to change his mind. In fact, since he agreed to a deal that no longer exists, one can say he is DUCKING the fight. I mean, Floyd said this in February. So why is Manny acting like he never heard it? And why are you doing the same? In all seriousness...grow up.

The 14 days was a last second compromise. Nothing you say will change that.

Second, Floyd said no cut-off back in February. Are we to believe he's got super psychic powers? That he said this knowing that Manny would agree to 14-days three months later? Get a grip, man.
