Good question that probably won't get answered.

okay so by your same logic isn't Manny doing the same?

I mean this was leaked to the media and didn't Bob say that this negotiation should be done without the media's involvement yet here we are debating words from Arum and Manny's side yet again?

can't have it both way to suit your fighter bro

The last one was trying to "weaken" Manny by offering 14 days.
If this was the reason for the new deal, then the new deal which is "no cut-off" doesnt make any sense.

simplest way to look at this

Manny's new starting point: 14 days is fine

Mayweather's new starting point: up to the day testing

            the end

It makes plenty actually, especially in light of Manny's excus...I mean reasons. Think about it.

Sometimes I wish Mayweather would face Martinez. This would then end all of this.

I see all kinds of excuses from his fans but one thing that ABSOLUTELY has not changed is that no other fight will bring Floyd anywhere near the amount of money he makes with Pac EVEN with the old demands. So either he's greedy and unreasonable or he flat out doesn't want the fight.
I'm not condoning anything, I am just saying don't be surprised if the offer isn't there no more, and it isn't considered as ducking cause Floyd said it isn't in offer anymore in February. Manny said he will accept the 14 day offer, but in reality Floyd has already said there is no offer anymore.

Floyd wanted 0, Manny wanted 30 so Floyd thought he would improvise as a one off and offer 14 (offering half way), Manny rejected and then they all tried to blame it on Floyd, Arum trying to desperately make up lies and get to the press before anyone else does... I think thats why, Floyd tried to improvise before and they threw it in his face and tried to make him look like the bad guy, so he probably thought why should he try to improvise.

I mean, if its 14 days and the fight happens I wont complain... but I am just saying, I wont be surprised if he says the 14 days isn't there anymore, and wont blame him too much cause of what happened. However, if he decides to retire for 2 years or just starts being overly stubborn on money I will be really dissapointed in him.

But to be honest, I just wanna see a great fight... these topic has been done to death, lets just let them negotiate it out, remember... quiet negotiations are good negotiations. Lets just wait and see and hope they can come to an agreement so we can see two great fighters go at it.
