Also please read what European immigrants went through. learn the history of Ellis Island etc...It has never been easy to be an immigrant in the U.S. Please read what French-Americans went through even right after the revolutionary war...Or what Japanese Americans went through during WWII, but no, latino's should have it easy? If you dont think undocumented immigration is a problem, I cant help you. If you think all of these people are going to Arizona in search of "a good job" yorue crazy. Most and I mean most are bringing in drugs, weapons, and stuff like that. The federal government wont do anything about it, so Arizona passes a law that gives them the right to do what they already have the right to do. When you get pulled over, whats the first thing a cop asks you? License and registration and proof of insurance?

Also please read Terry v. Ohio (cop noticed 2 kids acting fishy around a store, stopped them, frisked them, found guns etc...supreme court upheld the stop), cops have the right to stop and detain you and ask for id, frisk you, and hold you for 15 minutes all by just having a hunch. All the Arizona law really says is that cops now DO this based on a hunch that one is an illegal. Sorry theres nothing unconstitutional with the Arizona law, its pretty much already the law, all it does is clarify their stance with the goal being of causing controversy and hoping that the federal government steps up on the illegal immigration problem.

Margarito must have beat Cotto retared. Seriously the dude needs to shutup. He has no clue what hes talking about, hes a washed up bum. He never even was that good, he was always overhyped. Foreman is going to wax this pathetic whiner.
Learn more about a topic before you post. Latinos never had it easy. Have you heard about the Mexican Repatriation? More than 1 million people of Mexican descent which included U.S. citizens and non U.S. citizens were forced out of this country during 1929-1939. You won't find this in most history books you read and most people don't know about this. So how is it that you say that we want it easy for Latinos?

Everybody wins perfect solution in my book.
There's very much an argument for this. While you are right, Mexico does have very strict immigration laws, it's about supply and demand. Mexico does not NEED immigrants into it's work force because there is no work available to them. So the influx of immigrants is truly a burden on Mexico's economy.

Where as in the U.S, while they tell you have truths about the economy and the amount of money being spent by tax payers because if immigrants into the U.S, what they do not tell you is the money being made and contributed to by American companies who hire these illegals.

You are just regurgitating what Lou Dobbs, Sean Hannity and every other right wing pundit is spewing over and over, don't you have an opinion of your own?

Just the same as we aren't having whites, blacks, or hispanics trying to hijack and bomb planes. Sorry, but racial profiling is needed, period. I'm not saying there aren't other people trying to bomb planes or get into our country but the vast majority are middle-eastern and mexicans. Also, if you get pulled over aren't you supposed to provide proof to a cop already via your drivers license? WTF is the problem with them asking for the same thing if you are an illegal. They just want to know whats goin on with you and make sure they don't have a rapist, killer, kidnapper, armed robber or some other type of criminal on their hands.

The problem isn't even the illegals who are against it, obviously they want to stay here so they are going to be against **** like this. Its the U.S. fault its such an issue because they let it go on for so long that it simply became naturally to go to the US illegally with really no worry about being sent back. Its like letting a child get whatever they want from the store, then one day simply saying you can't get that toy unless you do chores. The kid grew up for so long getting what they wanted its going to be 10x's as hard trying to reverse their thinking, same situation here. Still the fact is you are an ILLEGAL immigrant, you broke the law period and you should be punished accordingly.
            God damn you are ******........

Those analogies are the dumbest most simple thing I have heard on this issue. Do us a favor and never post on this subject again.

OMG you mean during the great depression Mexicans were deported back to Mexico...OMG, how much you have struggled. Maybe Mexicans shouldnt have killed Davie Crockett, when are they going to apologize for that? Murdering a U.S. senator? Seriously every race/creed has had bad things happen to them, reading comprehension is your friend. The point is I dont want to hear abotu how immigration should be easy, because it never has been for anyone in this country. It has always been hard, it should be hard, people should work to get in here not sneak across the border at night with drugs, murdering ranchers who see them. What about the Japanese who were interned in WWII? Or the blacks who were enslaved. Or the Italians who have been profiled since the FBI crackdown on the mob etc....Do you know what the RICO laws are. They were specifically designed to target Italian Americans. Its a crime for some citizens to even meet with eachother because of them...Nothing unconstitutional here at all, immigration is always hard, and every other country on earth requires documentation and its already a federal law.

They have some information on wikipedia, but I learned about it in college. Like I said before most people don't even know about it. It was a Chicano class I took that really opened my eyes on a lot of things. Some of the literature that was required was really informative. Like California was really built.

Some "Americans" always get ruffled up and offended when Puertoricans have an opinion of their own, and they always say the same ****** ****. The US is never letting go of this little piece of land big guy, too many people paying 24.99 %+ interest rates to supporters of big lobby groups for Congress to have any say on the matter, or really care either.

How many times has a big chain store sold its greatest numbers in PR, once upon a time Porsche sold the most cars by square mile in PR, kids signing up to be soldiers left and right etc etc... get real, this is far more complicated a relationship than some people fathom.
The U.S. has tried to give Puerto Rico away. They let them vote to secede anytime they want. PR brings in no money for the federal government. It costs more money. Also its not disagreeing its him talking about how he's puerto rican and doing it for puerto rico and for their flag. You dont hear Floyd talking about how hes doing it for Michigan.

Listen the point is, America is reaping what it has sowed. You can't exploit a group of people for hundreds of years, then all of a sudden wake up one day and don't like the condition in which the country is in BECAUSE YOU MADE IT THIS WAY and then label people criminals.

I am not for opening the borders and allowing everyone in, there is an answer though. Many countries throughout the world deal with immigration as a necessary part of their economy. It makes for cheap products, cheap labor and bigger profit for AMERICAN companies which in turn helps the economy.

What we need to do is regulate the immigration into this country, not create apartheid like laws that will infringe on the rights of LEGAL citizens of this country.

Immigration is necessary, it's how we control is and regulate it that will help this country out. Not building walls, racially profiling people or attacking a group of people that have always been here to work and contribute to our way of life.
