Hooray it was a title fight for a vacant WBA strap...

I give Collazo credit, he had a belt...but he hadn't beaten anyone that good...and still hasn't...

          Ok I wasn't watching boxing

You sure he was trying to make May-Margarito?

From what I remember the whole focus was to prep a fight between him and Zab Judah...in the mean time Margarito was fighting cab drivers...

I didn't even hear Margarito's name until after Floyd beat Judah...

remember floyd has one of the best straight right hands in the business, morales and marquez caught pacquiao with a lot of straight right hands, but floyd has the best one in the business its his money punch.
            Quite right. Agreed on point.

Although Floyd wants a typical opponent that'll come forward to engage and he'll counter alongside and has been always successful at that, no one in Floyd's resume strings flurries of punches (and all power shots) like Pac. It'll be interesting to see Floyd countering 4-5 combos in less than 2secs...

What did Pacquiao do at 135? Garbage...

You forgot that I pointed out it was SUPPOSED to be an easy fight...

Floyd cleaned out 130 & 135, and fought champions at 140 and 147...

Sharmba was Floyd's first fight at 147. At the time he was focusing his attention on Zab Judah. That was around the same time that Margarito fought a nobody named Manuel Gomez right after he beat Kermit Cintron and was trying to avoid a fight with Paul Williams. No one knew or cared about Margarito at the time.

You're just hating man. Accusing Mayweather of ducking Margarito because he didn't make him his 1st opponent at WW is laughable. I've already explained Mayweather's point of view in deciding to fight Baldomir instead of Margarito. Any reasonable person would understand that decision. Seriously, you seem to have a personal problem with Mayweather and that's pathetic because you don't know the man.

Exactly what I'm emphasizing...Bob Arum and Don King came together to make Mayweather-Judah which was supposed to be a superfight, if Zab didn't lose to Baldomir...
