            if managed the mayweather way yea he could have. fighting smaller and older big name fighters while avoiding winky and forrest would have done his career wonders. he screwed up big time.

                  Depends on how many people you include on your atg list, and how you define all time great. He is certainly one of the best fighters of the last 20 years.

                    No. HoF but not ATG. Unable to overcome any of the obstacles he ran into (Forrest and Wright). Perhaps if he had stayed at 135-140 for the majority of his career and fought big names there.

                      I like Shane, but i would have to say no ,he is a very good fighter of this era ,but alltime there are a lot of guys ahead of him.
