    Maybe.

However, questions will remain regarding how juiced he was throughout his career, and this calls his entire resume into question. He admitted to one fight, but how do we really know? Without the EPO, does he come on strong late against DLH? Without the DLH wins would he be considered an ATG?

I am not crapping on Mosley, he seems like a nice enough guy, but he opened the door for this kind of speculation himself.

For the first time in a long time Burner, I agree with you 100%.

Shane's one huge moment in the sport was beating Oscar. Most thought he lost the second fight (me included)...Not the mention the scandal along with it.

He has lost mostly every big fight he was involved in (Winky, Forrest, Cotto, Floyd). The fights he did win, never really seemed to add much to his resume (in my eyes).

      HOF? Yes! ATG? No...

He's definitely one of the greatest lightweights of all time.

He was untouchable until he moved up in weight.

So let me get this straight, 135lbs Mayweather avoided 154lbs Winky and Forrest? Ok, i've heard it all. If you know anything about boxing(before Jeff Lacy) you would know Mayweather was never in the same weight class as Forrest and Winky. In fact, while Forrest what at his best at 147 beating Mosley and being avoided by Trinidad and DLH...Floyd Mayweather was at Lightweight division. From 2002 to 2005 Floyd was nowhere near 154. You're crazy.

Those names don't do him any favors =/

I just said if it applies to everyone, that is not who you beat and how many wins you have, that it's about who you fought then yes he's an ATG. But I wouldn't put him as ATG because of his wins.

Lost to Winky 2x, Forrest 2, Cotto, and Mayweather. If he at least had 1 win over Forrest and Winky and beat either one of Cotto or Mayweather...then he would have been sure fire ATG.

But those names you mentioned..None of them are ATG's and only one of them is HOF(DLH).

He has six reconizable names on his record.Ricky Hatton, beat to hell and back by Mayweather. Joshua Clottey, rumors of being paid off not to fight back. Miguel Angel Cotto, beaten to hell and back-damage goods at the time of the Pacman fight. Oscar De La Hoya, washed up weight drain, old . Juan Manuel Marquez, beat Pacman twice but got robbed. Marco Antonio Barrera, washed up at the time of the Pacman fight. Erik Morales, washed up in the second meeting of the Pacman fight no where near his prime, had to many wars before Pacman. So you see Pacman really hasn't fought anybody to put in the top 10.

Mayweather has the better resume, Shane Mosley, Juan Manuel Marquez, Ricky Hatton, Oscar De La Hoya, Zab Judah, Sharmba Mitchell, Arturo Gatti , DeMarcus Corley, Jose Luis Castillo, Jesus Chavez, Emanuel Augustus, Angel Manfredy, Genaro Hernandez, Phillip N'dou

And if he's serious about fighting up to age 45 which I don't believe him and I don't think any one does, then i'm sure he will put at least a couple of more names in the bank. He should be ATG based on the names of his resume win or loss.

Emanuel Burton should also be ATG since he also fought them all, win or lose

But i'm not kidding about Mosley, I think he's top 100 ATG.
Excellent post, IF DLH gets credit for fighting everyone, then Mosley should get credit for fighting everyone including guys he shouldn't have, and even those loses he tried to avenge. if it wasn't for that he only be by his 4th lose.

& I feel that i'm the only person who doesn't believe Mosley is completely pas it, fact is most fighters look horrible against Mayweather. I'd like to see him bounce back and at least go out on a big win. He should have walked into the sunset after the Marg win, that would have been one hell of an end to a career.

Whatever Mosley has left in the tank was beaten out of him on May 1st. But I think the mental effects of that fight were even more damaging.
