Man, that would be sweet... More mouths falling silent around me. I wonder if the Pakistani boxing fans are more tolerant of guys waving Aussie flags?

Katsidis doesn't even have to land a big punch to hurt Khan. His power is adequate enough that he can put the kid on skates with either hand landing semi-clean.

The big question is how Katsidis will handle Khan's power? I don't think it will be a problem as I see Khan being afraid to sit down on shots early in the fight while Kat is still fresh.

People think Kat is a sitting duck for Amir because he landed on Pauli so easily. Well I think that's a ****** assumption to make based on that fight. Pauli tried to outbox Khan and fought the whole night at a distance that made it easy on Khan.

If people think Katsidis is gonna stand around on the outside and leave himself on the end of Khan's jab all night they must be smoking crack rocks by the baker's dozen.

He's gonna press the fight until he is knocked out or knocks Khan out. He's gonna muscle his way inside and when he gets there he is gonna throw punches, not tie up like Pauli did.

It should be a very interesting fight.

I hope this fight gets made. It will be the FIRST competative fight has been in. It is a good fight for both fighters.

I'm not convinced until I see it. Whilst it's a formidable statistic that Kats has stopped all but one of his 12 opponents above 135, I'm one of those who think Khan's chin will be fine at 140 and higher. It's obviously the trend to say his chin is glass, but statistically it can only apply to 135 - since his 4 KDs happened down there.

Same thing with Pacquiao - considering that he's been knocked down and hurt by a jab at the lower weights, plus 3 other times, doesn't mean his chin is fragile. Rather, he's a beast with iron chops now.

Fans of Kats can only hope to hell and mighty that the gunshy version of him who tried in vain to 'box' against Diaz doesn't show up. I want to see that same relentless aggression he showed against Chavez, Escobedo and Mitchell - it'll at least put him in a better position to win, than if he elects to stay at a distance (as if he would).

Manny's knock downs were by body shots. He never had a chin problem.

Only the Sangsurat KO was a body shot. The other 3 were head shots.

"Fine", not so sure, 'improved', definitely. The word around is that Khan gets wobbled frequently in sparring at the Wild Card, though, so we'll just have to wait and see when that first solid, proving shot cracks his jaw.

I agree that he could make it uncomfortable for Khan if he gets inside on him, with his ability to throw in bunches and get shots in from angles in close quarters.

You're waiting for someone to beat Amir, though, aren't you? So of course you'd point to the other guy's strengths, while disregarding the weaponry and advantages Amir brings to the matchup.

Katsidis is a harder fight than Maidana...Katsidis can land hits and doesn't swing so wide...he doesn't have to **** his fist back to land power shots...This is going to be a very good fight props to Khan for wanting this fight...I don't care what the haters say...I'm not a Khan fan but I give major props to him for taking this if it gets done...

He will get his chin tested. He won't be able to go a full 12 without it. After this bout, we will know how good is chin is at 140.

If you think Kats will be harder to hit than Paulie I really don't know what to say to you. Kats will get tagged ALL fight long, the thing is he will gladly take some shots to land some of his own. He has the heart of a lion that had sex with a bear.
